The River lodge Health and Fitness Club boasts one of the most modern and stylish gyms in the West of Ireland.

Our spacious gym is equipped with the most up to date fitness equipment in the Country. Using “Precor Sygnam” fitness equipment, you are guaranteed a work out second to none.

Most of our gym equipment is fitted with a mini LCD TV so you can keep up with the latest news and sports as you work out

When you have worked up a sweat why not take a dip in our 16M X 8M fully heated pool which also incorporates a separate children’s pool. Finished in the pool?

Then why not try out our Sauna and Steam room, both of which are comfortable and spacious allowing you to forget about the stresses of the working day and rejuvenate your body so you are ready to take on the working world again.
